I've been a regular customer at this store for well over 10 years. Kristy has been running this shop and it is an amazing shop to come to. She takes care of her customers and makes sure her employees do too!! Inspections are ONLY Monday thru Friday 9-4.... get there early because if too many are on the lot they have to stop taking them...he can only take what he can COMPLETE by 5pm. Be nice to my friends, they have been taking car of 4 of my cars and they will take care of you & yours!! Ask for Kristy tell her GOOGLE sent you for one of the best Jiffy Lube locations in Saint Louis. They are like family there!! NEVER pressure here always 5 STARS!!!
I had a great experience today at the S Kingshighway Jiffy Lube! I needed my safety and emissions tests and I got in and out in about an hour (I did arrive quite early on a weekday so I could be in line as the first inspection at 9am—it’s first come, first served so YMMV). I was greeted immediately and given clear instructions on where to park and wait. I ended up needing both brake lights replaced to pass inspection and they were able to take care of it quickly. Everyone was kind and pleasant and checked in with me while I waited. There’s a Dunkin’ next door so I just got a coffee and chilled in the waiting room and got a little work done. I’ll definitely return for future oil changes and other maintenance since it was so convenient. 5 star service!
The crew at this location were friendly and efficient. And the Team Lead explained everything going on, as well as explaining any options—without pushing any “sales” objectives. This is the first time I’ve used Jiffy Lube in several years, after a string of poor encounters in a different state. I would definitely say this experience exceeded my expectations, based on some bad previous experiences with the chain. Jiffy Lube, and this location in particular, will definitely be my new default.
