Went to the location in Vernon on Talcottville Road where service advisor Sean was able to perform alternator / battery replacement quickly/efficiently without me even having an appointment. Thanks again Sean!
We had an issue with Jiffy Lube not telling us exactly what was wrong with our car. We went to Valvoline as our coolant kept overheating and the air inside wouldn't heat our car, and they showed us what Jiffy Lube had done to our car. They cleaned it up for us and actually solved the issue that we were having. We wanted to give a big shout out to Joel and Haminton for being very respectful and helping us solve this problem, we are very appreciative for them.
Great people working at this place. They took the time to make sure my Supra wouldn’t be damaged getting on and off the ramp. Even though they usually don’t work on these kinds of cars they made sure everything was perfect before I left. Thanks again guys!
