Just got an oil change at the Jiffy Lube at 806 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. My rating is for that. Unlike where I usually get my car's oil change and typically have to wait an hour for it to be done I only waited five minutes for them to start the oil change. It was done very quickly, in not more than 15 minutes, probably less. I did not check the time when they started and finished so don't know exactly how long it took but it was definitely a lot faster than where I usually have my oil change. The men working there were polite and friendly. I provided a piece of paper to the person changing the oil with the amount of oil I wanted put in the engine plus 11 ounces of RF-7, an engine lubricant I provided. I checked the oil level in my car's engine after the change. It was at the correct level. Other times at other places I found that too much oil was put in the engine. They also topped off the windshield wiper fluid at no charge. On the receipt it says they vacuumed the floors in my car. I almost never have a passenger with me in the car. Only the driver's side floor gets dirty. It obviously was not vacuumed. The receipt also says the tires on my car were inflated to 33 psi in the front and rear. That is the wrong pressure. They are supposed to be inflated to 29 psi in the front and rear. However, when I checked the tires after the oil change they were the same as they were before it. The two driver's side tires were at 27 psi. The two passenger side tires were at 29 psi. I did not lower the rating I left here because I did not expect or pay for anything more than an oil change. This Jiffy Lube is a five minute or less drive from my home. Their price is almost exactly the same as what I pay when I have my car's oil changed at the mechanic's shop I take it to. I will probably be having my oil changes done there in the future and recommend them if you want your car's oil changed.
I was actually very surprised today I pulled up and was able to get right in. There’s been times where there’s would be a wait. The guys do a great job of getting things done and checking to see if you wanna do some other things to your vehicle while it’s there. We have 4 car and take them all to this shop even with having one less than 5 mins from home.
The staff at Jiffy Lube was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. They provided quick, professional service and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I appreciate their excellent customer service and would gladly return for future service.
