From the moment I pulled in. Professional customer service as if I showed up 30 mins after opening, nope. I showed up fifteen minutes before closing and these guys every last one of them that worked on Saturday 4/25/26 were awesome. I didn't just ask for an oil change, I decided to ask about the inspection and you know what the guy told me Stile if I remember it correct when he say it and pointed it out on his shirt, was that, “we take inspection until the last vehicle is out, around 6:15.” Now you can't beat this, just professional and warm welcoming. I thought I was Jiffy Lubing, now that I've met these guy, I am. The best one I've gine to. I received an oil change,and all that comes with it, including checking the air in the tires and wiping off the windshield, and he spoke over, to remind the inspection guy that I am in line for an inspection just incase another customer comes in wanting an inspection, and it didn't take long. Thanks again guys, I really do appreciate the warm welcoming and professional environment you guys has create for each one of us, your customers.
As a single mom and head of my household, having a place I can truly trust makes all the difference. The team at Jiffy Lube on Galloway Ave. in Mesquite has been such a blessing. They’re always fast, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They take the time to explain everything, never pressure you into unnecessary services, and consistently offer fair prices. This morning was one of those hectic mornings, and they got me taken care of quickly without sacrificing quality. Alberto L., William, and Shale provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, respectful, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s hard to find businesses you can genuinely trust, and this is definitely one of them. Thank you for consistently providing excellent service—I highly recommend this location!
Staff here is always so kind and welcoming. I got an oil change, Windshield wiper replacement and inspection done today and it was so smooth and easy. It took me a second to get a new copy of my insurance card since my old one had just expired and they were absolutely so patient with me. Hate getting my oil changed but coming here makes it so much easier. I will always recommend this specific location. So thankful!
