Decided last minute I needed an oil change, thought I would have to wait. They took me immediately in. Fantastic price for an oil change especially with coupon. They topped off my fluids and checked the tires Friendly staff! They guided me to the waiting room to have coffee. I think I was out in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic location, and service! This review is from someone whose family owns an auto repair so I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to have such good service elsewhere. A+ for this location in Libertyville
Management & staff at this Jiffy Lube location in Libertyville were incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. They did exactly what I requested and needed. Provided the best service I’ve received from an auto repair shop in a long time. I’ll definitely return for future service and repairs. I had a great experience here when I came in for an oil change. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. They made sure I understood what my car needed without making me feel pressured into anything. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. I was so impressed with the service that I ended up coming back later for a battery replacement, and the experience was just as exceptional. The team was just as helpful, professional, and efficient the second time around. It’s not often you find an auto shop that consistently delivers great customer service, but this place definitely does. Highly recommend!
