I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Rick and Preston. Rick welcomed me in just minutes before closing and was incredibly kind and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Preston took care of my oil change and was just as friendly and professional. What really stood out was how both Rick and Preston went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, even at the end of a long day. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and genuine care for customers truly reflect the highest standards of your team. They created an experience that felt both efficient and personal, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Because of them, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.
Rick did an amazing job! He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I originally came in for an A/C recharge, but it quickly became clear that there was a bigger issue when the system started leaking everywhere. Rick took the time to diagnose the problem, safely drain the system, and order the necessary part. He replaced my A/C compressor and had everything repaired in a timely manner. Thanks to his hard work, my A/C is working great and was fixed just in time for the hot weather. What impressed me even more was his attitude. He was working outside in 90-degree heat and still remained friendly, positive, and professional. I know I wouldn’t be nearly as pleasant in those conditions! I highly recommend Rick and will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle repairs. Thanks again, Rick!
Pulled in as the guy's were closing. I said I'll come back tomorrow. The manager said “Nope, we're changing your oil now”. I said again I don't mind coming back tomorrow but he insisted. Bonus! My second time here. The customer service here is superb. I got a 6 quart Full Synthetic oil change in my JEEP for $119 + change with the Weekend Discount, good to go for 10,000 miles. Awesome. Very glad I came back again. Highly recommend. Thanks guy's ?
