I had about a twenty minute wait before my car was taken in , once it was taken in it only took about fifteen minutes before it was ready, all of the employees I spoke to were very polite and courteous and did their jobs very well. I would recommend them to anyone that i know. I would like to make a note that on my last visit on December 26th this location refused to use a coupon for fifteen dollars off on my oil change saying that they didn’t bother with coupons anymore but one of my coworkers used the same coupon two weeks prior.
I just had my first experience with this Jiffy Lube in Brookfield and had a wonderful experience. Dimitri took care of my car and is an absolute gentleman. He was kind, courteous and explained everything as he worked. I will never go anywhere else again. Amazing experience!!! Give Dimitri a raise :)
Ryan and the guys are awesome. Mechanic was available to do a break fluid flush on my BMW x5 on a friday at 1:30pm. Only took 20 minutes. They were very flexible. You do need to call ahead for the break fluid flush on BMW. Which is exactly what I was looking for: flexibility. Thank you guys!
