I come to this shop regularly, for oil changes. They are always welcoming and friendly. Today… the technician working on my car, spilled some oil all over the engine. This review is NOT to highlight their mistake, but rather the way in which they handled it. The young employee came outside HIMSELF, to apologize to my face and make me aware of the situation. Then the manager stepped in and oversaw the clean up process. He also informed me that they would be taking care of the fee today. (Not necessary and I didnt ask). While I was waiting, we all had a nice chat about taking accountability at work and in life… something that this shop clearly is very good at. In all the years Ive been a customer here, this was the first time things didnt go seemless, but more importantly, the entire visit was handled so well and professionally. I will definitely be continuing to come here and recommending to others!
Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The guy with the beard and glasses and the other technician helping him were both genuinely kind and easy to talk to. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary upsells. They simply explained what actually needed attention, like my windshield wipers and an engine treatment, and let me decide without making me feel hounded. It’s hard to find honest and welcoming service shops nowadays, but these guys definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back.
This was my first time visiting this Jiffy Lube and I had a really positive experience. The employees were welcoming, kept me updated while they worked on my car, and Joel made sure everything was taken care of before I left. Excellent customer service!
