Visiting from Yakima, check coolant level light came on my MB, pulled into Jiffy Lube, knowing couldn't drive my car with low level. Rob and Luca were friendly and quickly confirmed coolant level fine which was great news! I had one other time light came on without need so perhaps sensor issue. It was good old fashioned customer service, helping traveler along the way! Much appreciation Kathleen
I have gone to this Jiffy Lube on and off for years. Some staff in the past were not that great to work with. But the current manager and staff are amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable, not pushy and provide a wonderful experience. Shout out to the manager, as I think they have done a great job building back confidence in this location!
Great location. The staff are super friendly and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Went in for an oil change, and they were super kind in letting me know that due to the oil I had that I could go much longer before needing to change it. They still checked everything to make sure my car was doing good and charged nothing. Would highly recommend these guys.
