I have taken my cars here a few times. They are pretty fast, don't try to lie so you buy stuff you don't need, so thank you for that guys. I think the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and if you have a question for them, they will answer it and not make you feel stupid for asking like some other places do.
First time visit for an oil change with no appointment and we were greeted and taken care of immediately. Andre at the cashier desk is full of positive energy as well as the technicians. Great customer service from everyone!
After a long drive from Victorville, I had made an appointment elsewhere for a $40 oil change if I arrived by 5 PM. Unfortunately, when I got there, they chose not to honor my appointment, which was really disappointing after a 50-minute drive. Not wanting to risk the drive home on old oil, I searched for whoever was still open nearby and found this Jiffy Lube — and I’m so glad I did. Chris was amazing! He greeted me with a warm smile, got me right in, and had everything taken care of in about 15–20 minutes. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.Matt came in toward the end and was just as friendly and professional. (I truly hope i did not mix their names up, this was a week and a half ago) They both showed so much kindness to my Lily Pad, which truly meant the world to me.Yes, it ended up costing more than I had planned, but the honesty, professionalism, and genuine compassion made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Chris (and Matt) for turning a stressful day into a positive one — I might just make the drive all the way back here for customer service like that!
