In and out in 10 minutes; Scott, Armando & David were great! Went to another place that was at least a 30+ minute wait & decided to drive down the street instead. Didn’t even have to get out of my car AND there are coupons! Highly recommend ?
David and Scott were very efficient and polite during my oil change. I was able to get new wind shield wipers and air in my tires. Scott was also already knowledgeable about removing the “maintenance required” alarm off my Prius. I am not sure how long they are giving their customers coupons for their next oil change so it's a good idea to visit them soon.
Yesterday, I got a notification that my oil was low, and anxiously drove into Jiffy Lube for the first time. David and Sal treated me like I was not only a long term customer, but a friend. They helped me immediately, put me at ease, and even taught me how to check my own oil and refill the coolant. They knew I was nervous about the alert, and they went above and beyond with their kindness. It sounds wild to say, but these days it feels rare to meet strangers who are such genuinely good humans. Five stars is not enough. They’ve gained a customer for life.
