We’ve been to many oil change businesses over the years, and have been very happy to have found this Jiffy Lube since moving to Seattle. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they’ve helped us replace various lights and a car battery too. The wait can sometimes be long if they’re busy, but that’s out of their control. They move steadily and do a thorough job once it’s your turn.
I have been to countless Jiffy Lubes and this was a truly great experience for me! Ted was awesome and helped me out a lot! He got me in very quickly and I can tell everyone who stopped was in and out super fast. I think overall I was in the bay for about 15-20 minutes TOPS for an oil change and they replaced my headlight bulb! I am super impressed with their quick and efficient service. I will be coming back!
My car had all kinds of problems when I came into the shop. My car battery died shortly after I pulled into the Jiffy Lube parking lot. Matty and his team jumped right in to help and got me back on the road quickly. They replaced my battery, changed the oil, replaced a light, and swapped out my air filters. I arrived first thing in the morning, and I was impressed by how quickly the entire team got to work. The service was fast, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of my vehicle throughout the process. I really appreciate everything they did and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
