I always come back to this specific location because of how quick, kind, and honest they are. Joey explains everything and makes it feel like family. Even when stressful events happen, like my truck battery dying on me, they diagnose the problem quickly (as well as check everything while they’re at it) and tell me what must be fixed now in order for my vehicle to work vs what maintenance I’ll need to keep an eye on in the near future vs what’s looking good. Joey and his team are on top of things and it is truly a pleasure doing business with them. (Pro tip: once you are in the system the first time, all you have to do is drive up with your car and tell them what’s going on, they take it from there. They have your phone number in the system so I run errands in the plaza and they just call me BEFORE doing anything to tell me what’s going on and what the prices are so I can decide what I want done vs what I’ll save for later. Then I get an estimate for how long it’ll take and just come back at that time. I spend no time waiting around and just come back to get an in-person rundown of everything and pay!)
