I had a great experience at this tire shop. I came in with a stripped lug nut that I thought was going to be a huge problem, but Dishan and his team took care of it quickly and professionally. They were knowledgeable, honest, and made sure the job was done right without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the process. I had an oil change yesterday at another location and my car was smoking and sputtering. I brought it in to this location and they completed a new oil change for free, fixing all my issues. They even cleaned up spilled oil from the other job’s carelessness. Highly recommend this location and the hard, friendly and courteous workers that work here.
I’ve come to this Jiffy Lube in Patchogue a few times now, and they have always been great. All of the workers are kind, honest, and never make you feel like they’re trying to take advantage of you. I used to schedule oil changes at other shops, and it would turn into an all-day thing just to get my car in and out. Here, it’s the complete opposite—quick, efficient, and I’m in and out in no time, which makes a huge difference. You can tell everyone there is a hard worker—they’re constantly busy and there are always cars coming in, yet they still manage to keep things moving smoothly and treat every customer with care. The last time I went in, I was dealing with a few other issues with my Jeep, and they took care of everything right on the spot. The prices were very reasonable, and the work was done correctly and quickly. Dishan helped me at the front desk, and he was both knowledgeable and genuinely sweet. I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
