I just called there a little bit ago due to an emergency with my son's vehicle he was in, not only were they very polite but the fit him in immediately to check to see if the vehicle was safe to drive. What an amazing place if you need anything! Working in the car industry it definitely is nice to know where people are willing to help!!!
Wasn’t there for any service of sort. Was there using the automated touch less car wash. I couldn’t get my card to work so I planned on using the self serve. Then a nice gentleman the owner himself that owns this jiffy lube service center ran over and said that he can help me if I wanted to use the touch less car wash as he owns the car wash also. Now that’s a great owner
We went to Ocean City for a family week away. On our first day, we got a nail in the tread of our tire. Luckily the tow truck company was able to patch our tire for a small fee. However, when the tire was put back on the car it made a ton of noise when in reverse. I went to Jiffy Lube and they were able to fix it. Since it was such a small job, the owner got us in quick even though they were busy. I was so happy with the kind and quick service.
