AJ was awesome - highly skilled and very professional. Quick, courteous service from everyone there. I have an older European car and they had to get a filter from a different location. I didn't even realize until they mentioned afterward, as they were still super quick!
I took my car into Jiffy Lube in Mountain View last Friday and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. They took my car very quickly and turned it around within like 20 minutes or less. And included synthetic oil change as well as an air filter. They were very nice guys working there and they were pleasant and very confident. I would recommend highly.
Jaylen and AJ made my day today. I needed an oil change and had my elderly handicapped mother with me and they put me at ease entirely as soon as I pulled into the parking lot and Jaylen guided me in to the garage in a welcoming and careful way noticing my car is low and might get damaged without enough clearance but AJ got down to the ground to make sure it would clear. My 1997 car is tiny and not easy to work on and AJ was gracious and careful with it. They were personable and I had a better day actually because I had such a positive interaction with them and my car is now in much better shape since AJ also asked if my air filter needed checking. It was disgusting it turned out! I can't imagine going anywhere else.
