This location has a good team. I needed an oil change and with my busy schedule needed it done right away. After four other companies/shops turned me down telling me to come back tomorrow because they will be closing in two hours I couldn't believe why they would turn away a potential repeat customer. On my way home I tried one more shop knowing it would be closing in less than an hour. I couldn't believe it. I pulled up and was greeted instantly and asked if I could get a quick oil change in and the guy literally without hesitation said, pull it up, we'll take care of you. This was the second time I got my oil changed at this location and all I can say is that without a doubt hands down will never consider any other shop. I hope all of those four companies that turned me away from a simple oil change last minute realize that at the end of the day they lost a customer to Jiffy Lube on Penn avenue in Bloomington, MN. I'll be back.
Nico and team do an amazing job every time. They are swift, accurate, and honest. They do an amazing job of communicating issues potential future problems before they manifest, and leave the power with the consumer in a way that makes them feel respected and taken care of. This is by far the best Jiffy location in the twin cities!
Been going to the Jiffy Lube in Bloomington off Penn for a bit now and I HIGHLY recommend them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I always get in and out quickly knowing that the job is done right. Their recommendations are on point and I don't ever feel pressured. (Unlike other places that have serviced my car!)
