I will definitely be back to this location. Store was clean, and more importantly the customer service was excellent. From the time I drove my car into the car port to paying for the services. The technician explained all the recommendations and was not pushy about anything. Made me feel relieved not being obligated or guilted into additional services. Also, I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Thank you to those who worked on my car today!

He thoroughly explained everything they checked on my vehicle and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was the honest approach — absolutely no upselling or pressure tactics, just great service and attention to detail. The oil change was very thorough, and Cameron even took the time to walk me through everything under the hood, including the fluids they topped off and the components they inspected. It’s refreshing to find a place that values customer service and transparency. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional car care.
03/19/26 at approximately 12pm I had a nice experience at Jiffy Lube on Capitol Ave. The whole team was professional, quick, made the process smooth from start to finish and they kept it real with me. Big shoutout to Francisco J., Evan B., Dyllon L., and Antonio A. for taking care of my vehicle and making sure everything was handled properly. They gave me good advice on what I needed and it wasn't expensive at all. They walked me through the service, didn't pressure me into anything unnecessary, and got everything done efficiently. I also appreciated the inspection and recommendations so I know what to keep an eye on next. Overall, solid service, good communication, and a reliable spot if you need maintenance done.
