I came in today briefly to receive an oil change thinking I was due for one- John and Anthony were incredibly helpful and honest. I will 100% go back once I actually need an oil change (they showed me how they checked to see that I didn’t need one yet), they topped off my fluids before my big trip, and they were honest about my not needing to change out the oil yet- will definitely come back to support this shop with how they treated me!
I had such a great experience today and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team here. John, the general manager, along with Charles and Amy, went above and beyond to take care of my car. They needed to track down an air filter that wasn’t in stock, and even though it took quite a while to arrive, they kept me updated the entire time and checked in on me regularly. I could clearly see how hard they were working behind the scenes, making phone calls and doing everything they could to get what I needed. What really stood out to me was their kindness and professionalism. They treated me with so much respect and appreciation, and it made a potentially frustrating situation feel completely manageable. John, Charles, and Amy are a fantastic team, and their customer service truly made a difference in my day. I’m very grateful for their effort and care—highly recommend!
This place was honestly amazing. They worked like a team communicating well and often and explaining everything concisely. Super efficient and friendly. And helped me keep the bill low. This is my new oil change spot.
