I worked with Tyler to get some work done on my car that I’d been procrastinating for a while for financial reasons. I felt his advice and communication were very genuine and thorough. It was refreshing to feel this way after my experiences with the dealership I had been going to. I’m very happy with my experience and I plan to return for any future issues or maintenance that can be performed at this location.
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Tyler and his team!! Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. Tyler took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being provided. It's not often you find a team that is both efficient and kind, but that's exactly what I experienced here. The customer service was excellent, the work was completed quickly, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the visit a positive one. Highly recommend Tyler and his team if you're looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service!
I Previously left a review to Corporate about this location and wanted to Add one here as well. The Manger tyler was Directing His staff while i was there in a great Way, His tone was Firm yet Respectful the entire time. He personally talked to me and showed me a few items that came from my vehicle and told me that they were in good condition and weren’t going to need replaced at this time. the mechanics were quick and efficient and i haven’t noticed any problems with my vehicle at all. over all 10/10 experience. I will be back for my next oil change and i trust them to recommend me the correct items that will extend my cars over all life.
