I was greeted very quickly when I arrived and they figured out the problem my car was having and gave me choices!! And once they were done, they recommended other procedures that my car needed to be done for the next time and also be gave me money saving tips for when I return to get my next procedure done. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube, and I want to specifically recognize Brandon, the manager, for going above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, the communication was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was how he worked with my budget and offered a package deal that made the service affordable while still addressing what my car actually needed. He also helped identify and fix an issue I wasn’t even fully aware of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind leaving the shop. This isn’t my first visit here, and this time the experience was noticeably smoother and more customer-focused than before. Brandon made a real difference in turning a routine car service into a positive, stress-free experience. I truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and respect I was shown. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location because of the level of care I received.
very nice polite and they did exactly what they said they do and exactly the way I wanted it done had several things done or wiper blades, cabin filter, engine, engineer filter they even repaired my waterlines going on wiper blades wash what excellent service they were very good gentlemen I really appreciate everything. They did very helpful for me. I am handicapped help me in and out vehicle. Unbelievable incredible very nice. People would recommend them to my mom.
