I was headed out of town and needed an oil change. Corey was the young man who helped us. He was very professional, kind, and informative. Answered all questions. I NEVER knew I had a filter inside of the car and to my surprise it was the original filter when I bought the car (2017)….so it needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY! ? Thanks Corey for letting me know. The light skinned bald head gentleman (So sorry I didn’t get his name) assisted with replacing the inside filter. He too was very professional and friendly. I said that to say this….I will be back! Really appreciated the GREAT customer service.

I received exceptional service from Carlos at Jiffy Lube! I always appreciate when a service person is both kind and professional. Carlos quickly determined that the parts needed to complete the job were available. I was amazed at how well he explained the process and gained my approval for the cost before proceeding. When I compared the cost of the service to the quote I received from the dealership where I initially took my car, I was delighted that I was saving over 45% for the same service. I will be a return customer.
