I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Roberta. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole oil change process quick and stress-free. She took the time to explain what my car needed without being pushy, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Roberta definitely does. I’ll be coming back because of her!

From the initial check in( welcoming me right in), to the speedy service, and the details that they would still willingly install a part they had run out of if I came back with it. I really appreciate their collective work in making an easy and seamless experience.
Shout out to Lazaro and his team for excellent service! I came in for an oil change after I accidentally added oil to my car and forgot to put the cap back on (oil everywhere – total stress). Lazaro was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and I really appreciated that he quoted me prices after taxes. Chris was also great – he recommended a new filter and explained why, but didn’t push at all when I declined. I actually decided to buy it after thinking it over. Even checkout was smooth with Luis, who was super friendly. The guys even hosed down my engine for me! Lazaro, Chris, Luis, and George – you rock. Thanks for turning a stressful morning into a pleasant pit stop ?
