I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, and the experience was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what services were recommended without being pushy. I especially want to mention that I love the service Luis E. gave me—he was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. I appreciated how quickly they completed the work while still making sure everything was done properly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I liked that they kept me informed throughout the process. Pricing was straightforward with no surprise charges, which made the whole visit stress-free. Overall, Jiffy Lube delivered convenient, reliable service, and I’d definitely return for future maintenance.
Patrick was extremely helpful. It’s a busy Friday and the line was long and customers were asking ton of questions, but he multitasked and handled everything and got me in and out in under 30 minutes. Great job Patrick!! P.S. JiffyLube should really allow employees to take tips. This is totally a service job and it would incentivize them. But my guess is JL would rather them upsell and pad the corporate bottom line than have happy employees.
This place is legit! A+++ in its service and professionalism. I compare it to the other Jiffy Lubes and this place is in another stratosphere! This is the In and Out of oil changes! Mainly due to its personal especially their assistant manager, Patrick Bartle. This is why I come here because of his professionalism and exceptional customer service. I hope Jiffy Lube realizes this guy is corporate material. He’s extra special!
