These guys are great. Both the car tech and the gentleman checking me in were very friendly. When I go to these kinds of places I feel like they are always trying to scam me. Not these guys. If you want great quality service at a good price with no hidden charges I would highly recommend them!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today. I came in as a walk-in, and the team was able to help me right away. They initially quoted about a 1.5-hour wait, but my vehicle was finished much sooner—around 45 minutes. A special thank you to Mr. Kemp, who was friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond, even walking us back to our car after the service was completed. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and efficiency I received on a Saturday afternoon. It’s refreshing to encounter a team that values its customers and delivers on its promises. Highly recommend this location!
I went in to take my wife’s car for its periodic oil change. As per usual, that service was conducted with the same level of professionalism I’m accustomed to. This trip, however, came with some unforeseen complications. As soon as I pulled in, the technician noticed that my car smelled like coolant and asked if I had a leak. I answered that it had just been filled. The situation could’ve ended there, instead the techs did their due diligence and kept looking at it to ensure that there was no greater issue. That is when they discovered that the reservoir was damaged. The coolant that had just been replaced earlier in the morning had already drained. Jiffy Lube in IB took care of the repair, gave me an oil change, refilled my fluids, and even took care of a low tire. At every juncture they ensured to thoroughly explain everything to me. I am beyond pleased with the service I received there. Best Jiffy Lube experience.
