Luckily, this local legend, father, and beyond generous mechanic from the local Jiffy Lube go out of his way to assist me in buying a new battery, then taught me how to install it myself which is priceless knowledge. Quick service and staff was extremely helpful in identifying how to find the correct lug nut key replacement for the one that had been lost by another company during the last oil change and tire rotation.
I took my car to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube today. As I pulled up the their garage I was met by an employee who kindly directed me where to park. I was asked for my vehicle mileage and what service I was there for. I told them just an oil change and I was walked to their lobby and told I could wait there. After about 5-10 minutes an employee named CJ called me up to the counter. He asked me if the info on the computer screen was correct. We then discussed several recommendations for my car preventative maintenance. He was thorough in explaining why they recommend. I decided to just do the oil change but appreciated being told what else I should think about to keep my car in good shape. I was able to look up a coupon on their website while I waited for $10 off an oil change (promo code ms10 if anyone needs). This was a great experience and My car was ready 15 minutes later. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube Location.
