Have used JL for over 20 years, never had an issue. Always fast service, no pressure to buy a ton of other services or constantly wanting you to upgrade your oil. First visit to this store as its now in my area and close to me. Ill continue using this for our households vehicles.
Adam did a great job taking care of the customers. If you need a food recommendation or stories talk to him. instead of waiting there for an hour he was polite and enjoyable to talk with. Even though I'm introverted I had a good conversation. He did a great job communicating what's going on with the car and gave me recommendations on next steps without pressuring me to buy more stuff.
Martin and Mikey were amazing! They were super upfront, explained everything, were respectful and not pressuring for anything to be done. I’m a single mom and their pricing was extremely competitive and reasonable and made me feel comfortable with what I decided to have done. Will for sure come back here because of their respect and kindness.
