This was the first time I brought my Ford Ranger to Jiffy Lube. The customer and vehicle service were top notch. Branch Manager Lenny explained everything that was performed. District Manager Chris was very friendly and offered to replace my serpentine belt for a nominal labor fee. I will have the recommended battery, brake and transmission service done there as well. Great first experience!
The employees were respectful, courteous and very efficient. Low ratings on Yelp for this location on Irby and the one on W Evans isn’t justified after my experiences. I’ve been multiple times with all my vehicles and besides the price being cheaper if I did it myself. It’s not bad and I’ve never had a bad experience. Can’t always trust yelp ?♂️
The customer service was really great. I am a huge fan of customer service and they really won me over with their outstanding customer service. The service team was very knowledgeable and carefully explained everything that was going to be done before doing it. I will definitely be going back!!!
