From the moment I pulled up, Leilani greeted me with a radiance that could outshine a high-beam headlamp. Her friendliness wasn't just “good customer service”—it was a tour de force of charisma. She handled my vehicle with the precision of a surgeon and the grace of a pro, making sure every fluid was topped and every bolt was secure. In a world of mediocre service, Leilani is a titan of the industry. My car is purring, my soul is lifted, and I will never let anyone else touch my engine.
I went into jiffy lube today to get my required emissions test and met three wonderful people. Peyton, Leilani, and Candra. They were also kind to me Candra tell me about some special offer she was running this month on some filters along with the services they were already providing me and she showed me two of my filters as an example. She was not trying to coerce me into buying anything, she was not trying to act as a salesman, she was simply trying to help me do what is best for my car and that is how I felt from all three of these wonderful representatives they all looked after my car so well and myself as a customer. I will definitely be coming here again. In addition to all that wonderful stuff that I had mentioned above I did not have to wait at all.
The customer service was on point, everyone was super friendly and full of smiles. They never felt pushy with offering additional services on top of my oil change like other places. Best service I’ve had around town they even helped me with finding the best coupon to save money. Thanks Alex, Cameron and especially Leilani!
