My experience was fantastic. I came in for a transmission flush. Cody and his team were fantastic. He was very kind and professional and got all my information. I called back to tell him he did a fantastic job and I appreciate all his hard work and his team was fantastic. I wish all of my experiences were this good. Keep up the fantastic work. We came in for an oil change and we were greeted with helpful pleasant mechs who haven’t forgotten the importance of customer care. With the state removing Safety regulations from yearly licensing a lot of things can be overlooked. The fellows were great going over all the necessary items we need for safety and optimal performance. We are embarking on a cross country trip and need our Subaru at its finest. Darrin was our first contact and apologized for a two minute lapse in recognition of our arrival. I asked if we could walk to the waiting room thru the garage working area and they were so pleasant guiding us into the lounge. They checked on every upgrade to our service. With no pressure or kooky reason why it needed to be done. Definitely take the time to change your oil and know things have been looked over. We drive an older Subaru and are super relieved they took the time for a quality job. ~Do have fun.
Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. I came in with a broken splash shield and needing new windshield wipers, and Darren and Jamal were incredibly helpful. They were honest, kind, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The whole process was quick too. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Really thankful for their help and professionalism. Highly recommend!
