Needed to get a quick oil change on the 4R, so I took it to JL’s. They let me stay in the car while all the services were done. They informed me of things to look out for, without trying to upsell me the world, which was previously done at other JL’s. They let me know about things I may need to do on my next service as well. Customer service was 5 ⭐️, price was a little over what I have paid in the past, but all in all a great experience.
This was my third or fourth time being serviced at this Jiffy Lube and it’s always been great! Everyone was so kind and helpful when I went in to get my oil changed today. I am not very knowledgeable with cars, but they helped guide me through what I need to do during my oil change with kindness and grace. They were knowledgeable and told me everything that I might need to look out for in the future and also assured me that they can help or point me in the right direction for said future fixes. Very lovely and quick experience, and would definitely continue being serviced by them :))
Wow! Amazing and fast service! Discount coupons were offered right away, everything was explained better than at any other Jiffy Lube or other company I've ever been to. No pressure at all and I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Plus I showed up 10 minutes to closing and they still cheerfully changed my oil! Best oil change experience I've ever had! I will be back at this location for my next oil change. Thank you so much ?
