I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Silverdale! The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and provided quick service from start to finish. I didn’t even have to get out of my car, which made the whole process so convenient. They checked my lights, put air in my tires, topped off all fluids, and made sure everything was in great shape. I really appreciated the military discount as well. The team communicated so well with each other, and everyone was friendly and hardworking. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
I must say this is a good place to take your car. I was faithful to Jiffy lube off kitsap way even after moving to Kingston. My last oil change there I wasn't satisfied at all. In the year and a half of taking it to Kitsap Way jiffy lube, they never checked my cabin air filter, and always underfilled my oil. I have brought my business here. Great customer service. The manager is amazing.
Excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today. I got in right away and Jason helped me out the whole time. The team explained everything clearly and let me know what they recommended without making me feel pressured at all. Super quick in and out, too. I’m a girl who seriously knows nothing about cars, and I usually get major anxiety about this stuff. But everyone was so friendly and patient. I didn’t feel dumb for asking questions. Honestly don’t know why I put it off for so long. I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Jason and the crew took great care of me!
