Fast, knowledgeable, and kind. With having a work vehicle I need oil changes often and I’ve been to dozens of both jiffy lubes and other oil change places. I gotta say, this one may take the cake. The team here got me in and out within 10 minutes and answered my questions with a great attitude
The customer service was amazing! I had a toddler and baby in the car and they were quick and considerate. I also had a headlight out with the replacement bulb with me and the gentleman doing my service offered to replace it free of charge. He made my week and went the extra mile out of the kindness of his heart. The women helping me was honest and kind - hard to find in the service industry it feels like now a days.
The crew here is fast and efficient. I’ve been to this one before but it’s a whole new group. They handled business. Gave me some pointers and even showed me the best way to reset oil life. And they asked for the review. I’m in the service business and reviews make the world go around! Great team! Update: back again and they took care of me as usual. Update: Sunday and there’s a 3 person crew today, but they are efficient and handling this with zero problems and I as always appreciate them!
