Matt Pacheco and the entire team at Jiffy Lube provided outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, courteous, and very attentive. Matt took the time to clearly explain the service recommendations for my vehicle and answered my questions in a way that was honest and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The team worked efficiently while still being thorough, and the entire process was much quicker than I expected without sacrificing quality. It was clear that the staff was knowledgeable and experienced, and they made sure everything was taken care of properly before I left. I used to take my vehicle to another shop, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be bringing my car here moving forward. Good service. Stopped by for oil maintenance due. They also checked out engine air filter, cabin air filter, and all wiper blades - recommended if required to replace. They also washed all windows in my van, checked tire pressure on all 4; vacuumed only on driver side - not all area.
Best oil change experience I think I've ever had! Let's face it, oil changes can be an added annoyance to your already busy schedule. That said, I was warmly greeted by all of the staff and in and out in about 20 minutes. This is my new go-to spot for oil changes.
