Based on my recent visit to Saratoga Jiffy Lube, all the crew members who attended to and serviced my Lexus SUV were exceptionally respectful and very efficient. I highly recommend them!”
I went in for an oil change this morning around 9:15 and I was the only customer there. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, but I am sure it was faster than that. The guy who rang me up was great. He clearly explained pricing for the services I requested, made a recommendation for a tire rotation, made recommendations for future services that I didn't need today. He even found me a better coupon than the one I brought in with me. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the past and I know I got over charged and underserved. I will happily come back to this location for my next oil change. Fast and friendly service!
I stopped by without an appointment because a warning light came on in my car. Even though I hadn’t made a reservation, they checked my vehicle right away and handled everything very professionally. The staff was friendly, explained the situation clearly, and made me feel at ease. I really appreciated the quick response and smooth service. I would definitely come back if I have any car trouble in the future.??
