My girlfriend and I had just driven up the 101 and the check oil light came on. So I decided to try out something new and come to Jiffy Lube, once I got there I was immediately directed as to where to go and I was given the option to go inside or stay in my car. They went about replacing the cabin filter, my oil filter, and oil in under 30 minutes. Larry and Kenya were both exceptionally polite and quick with their work. I appreciate the good experience, thank you gentlemen!
I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for about 10 years and I've seen a lot of the same people working here which speaks very highly of this location. Everyone who's ever helped me has been very warm and kind, even the new hires. These folks really make an otherwise unpleasant errand not so bad!
Mistakes happen. Luckily, this Jiffy Lube has great people. It was communicated to me what happened to the car and what they would do to fix it. They stayed true to their word. They resolved the issue at their own expense and with a sense of urgency. I got my car after a few hours, with a detailed explanation of what they fixed and the parts they replaced. In light of the very bad situation, they showed incredible professionalism and great customer service. My only regret is that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who was taking care of me and talking to the Jiffy Lube regional manager. So, based on the receipt, I would like to thank Ernesto, Felix, Lawrence, Giovanni, and Anil.
