David was a fantastic help when I needed to check my tire pressure. He was incredibly polite and welcoming, and went the extra mile with his service. He was just genuinely nice, and made the whole experience a breeze.
Today I went to jiffy for an oil change. The guys there so super nice and kind. They’re always so helpful, asking questions and keeping you informed. I was having bad day and I actually forgot all about after leaving. Thank you guys for all that you do . Your appreciated!
I normally come to this jiffy lube to get an oil change. While its more than I expect to pay for an oil change, every employee is nice and willing to answer any question I have. This past week I went in to ask them about an issue I was having, and Cristian was very willing to explain certain functions of my car and showed me what he saw under my hood that is causing my issues. While they aren't suited for that kind of work, he offered some places to take my car in. Im very thankful for his help!
