Best jiffy lube I’ve ever been to! And I’ve been to jiffy lubes in 4 states. Was immediately greeted very warmly by Miguel who guided me in. My service was explained throughly by the manager, Wyatt who was also very warm. The staff seemed more focused on making sure I got the services I wanted quickly rather than trying to upsale me on services I didn’t necessarily need which I appreciated and can not say for all the other jiffy lubes I have been to. This was also the fastest oil change I have ever had anywhere. Will certainly be back.
From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I came in needing a thorough inspection so I could take my vehicle back to the dealership and address ongoing concerns, and this team truly delivered. They took the time to carefully look over everything, explained what needed attention, and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. What stood out most was that they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. They focused on helping me understand what was actually going on with my car. Because of them, I feel much more confident going back to the dealership and advocating for the repairs that need to be addressed. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right, and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Andrew, Miguel, Juan, and Corey for your professionalism and for making me feel confident and taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and recommending you to friends and family.
