Kyree gave me a WONDERFUL experience at this Jiffy Lube. She and her team were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. They were understanding of all of my needs and concerns with my car and its oil change. I felt heard and respected and like all of my needs were met immediately. Kyree is amazing as well as Monoco— He was so patient with me and him and Kyree worked so well together. I wish i did, but I didn’t get the rest of their names, Her and her team deserve a raise!! THANK YOU!!!
OMG!! Tyler and Josh did my oil change this morning, and they were absolutely amazing! They made something I normally dread actually fun. ? I've been coming here for a long time, and let's be honest... who actually wants to stop and get an oil change? It's not because it takes a long time (they're super quick!), it's just one of those things you put off. Not anymore! ? They were friendly, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great customer service is hard to find, and these two knocked it out of the park. Thanks, Tyler and Josh! I'll definitely be back before I'm completely out of oil next time! ??
The team at Jiffy Lube are extremely professional and they treat their customers with the utmost respect. I have aways done all my work on my vehicles until I had the pleasure of doing business with these guys. I totally trust their work and the plus side I don't have to get my hands dirty and did I mention they have awesome prices as well. Can't go wrong with these guys.
