As a customer I been coming to Berwyn jiffy lube located on 6140 Ogden for service and BONNIE has been a great representative at working on my car. I recommend anyone to her because she go above and beyond her work and she will be a good manager as well.
Had an amazing time getting my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube! Bonnie truly went above and beyond. They completed an engine flush, oil change, filled my tires, etc. I am definitely coming back here every single time I need any help with my car! 10/10 service, 10/10 prices, 10/10 experience!
After being turned away at a couple of other locations for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was emotionally drained. I know every shop has different capabilities, so this isn’t a knock on anyone else. By the time I walked into this Jiffy Lube today, I just needed someone to care enough to help me figure it out. From the moment I called before inarrived, Bonnie assured me they’d help me. Upon arrival Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Watching them work together was honestly refreshing. Everyone jumped in to help each other without hesitation. There was no ego, no chaos, just a team of people who clearly care about doing great work and taking care of the people who walk through their doors. What meant the most was that they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t rush me, pressure me into buying things I didn’t need, or make me feel like I was just another customer. They treated me like a person. They probably have no idea how much they helped me today, but they did. My car isn’t just my car, it’s my livelihood as an Uber driver. If my car isn’t running, I can’t work. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help gave me peace of mind during a really stressful day. If you’re looking for a shop that sees you as a person first and a customer second, this is the place. Great mechanics can fix a car. Great people can make a difficult day feel manageable again.
