Came down to oregon to visit my cousin and had to get an oil change. He recommended i go to this location of Jiffy Lube because they provide great service. He knows im skeptical over Jiffy Lubes due to bad service in the past. Got my oil change and had a quick look over of the car and was on my way. I was provided with wonderful and speedy service. Thanks for the great customer service and care! The guy that helped me (Gabreil) I 10/10 recommend! Got me out of there in no time. Good on you Jiffy Lube! Making me a believer again.
Amazing customer service by the manager named Johnny! I called in to ask for a quote on a water pump replacement for my 2006 Chrysler 300 , I told him I could drop off the car since I’d get to the shop pretty late (5pm) he said he could get it done the SAME DAY he ordered the part and got to work. Very satisfied! There are other jiffy lube locations closer to me but I like to come to this one for a reason!! I recommend this one out of the few locations I’ve been at. Way more professional and respectful workers .
Johnny was very helpful right from the moment I arrived. He and his team took excellent care of my vehicle, and provided honest advice and helpful information without trying to upsell me on anything extra. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and running smoothly, so I don’t have to worry. I left feeling confident and appreciated. This was my first visit to this location and, I will definitely return in the future.
