I had an emergency oil change problem, and they got me in and out fast with no upselling. When my washer fluid dripped a bit, they checked and found it was just a bit over-full, and they helped me keep my trailer from bonking anything. Great people who did a great job, and my car is now acting like a car and not a minor demonic entity.
Chris was a very kind and intelligent man when it came to answering questions about my vehicle. Very sweet and efficient in providing a professional and reliable experience/service. I went in for an oil change, and some questions about my battery, AC, and brakes. He answered every question with details in product, replacements, importance, and prices. He also included that I knew they provided other additional services. There was also a complimentary free car wash that I greatly appreciated as well! Although considered more pricey, it is definitely worth paying for the service, information, and support I received.
Chris and the team were awesome. The third Jiffy Lube I went to that day. First one, North Salem, I observed an employee scoff when he heard what service I needed (full Transmission Service). You can't trust quality work from people like those. So, I turned my truck on and went to the second, at South Salem. South Salem quoted me $120.00 more than I was quoted from Albany earlier. So, risking damage to my transmission I decided to continue on to Albany. The third time was a charm. The Albany Jiffy Lube provided great, expedient, and friendly service. 10? if it were possible.
