Matt was wonderful at the Stanwood Jiffy Lube. Helped me out in an “emergency” low oil situation, as a auto service attendant 8 days prior, did not fully tighten a drain plug ( not a jiffy lube oil service) and I lost 3 quarts of oil, and was out of town in my new car when” low oil lights” came on.? Matt found and fixed, and replaced the the problem plug, and degreased and cleaned undercarriage as best he could. It could have been catastrophic, but I am hopeful no permanent damage occumorning. I will definitely be speaking with the auto service who did the oil change, first thing tomorrow morn. THANKS MATT

The staff are supper friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my own oil and no questions asked they used it to change my oil. The price was very reasonable and I was able use a coupon off of their site. I will definitely go back to the Stanwood Jiffy Lube
