I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! First, I was very impressed with the pricing. I overheard another customer mention that $120 seemed expensive, but honestly, every premium oil change I’ve had elsewhere has cost well over $200. I felt the price was very fair for the service. The pacing of the service was excellent. The team didn’t rush through anything, but they also kept things moving efficiently. It felt like the perfect balance—you know the job is being done correctly while still respecting everyone’s time. What really stood out to me was the honesty and helpfulness. During the inspection, they noticed a part missing from my engine air intake. It wasn’t something Jiffy Lube sells, but they took the time to explain what was missing and why it mattered. One of the technicians even showed me the exact part on Amazon, where it was only around $30. That was incredibly helpful, especially since I know a dealership would likely have charged much more. I feel bad that I don’t know any of the names of the employees who helped me, but they were working this morning around 10 AM. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service made a big impression on me. Thank you for the great service—I will definitely be back!
