I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube on Canal Dr this morning. My vehicle is older and they didn’t initially have the oil I needed, but the manager Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I came back a couple hours later and Victor assisted me and honored everything Alex and I had discussed. Victor was great to talk to and even gave me some helpful advice about my car. Tommy was also part of the oil change and did a great job. Solid customer service all around. I definitely recommend these guys.
I am traveling for work and my rental car driver side front tire pressure light came on. I stopped by this store and everyone was so nice. I offered to pay but these gentlemen put air in the tire and corrected to tire pressure on the rest of the tires. Hands down the best Jiffy Lube experience I've ever had. Hugs from the lady from Virginia.
Alex greeted me promptly and made me feel comfortable with his confidence and manners. He offered windshield wiper inspection, and also offered high mileage additive which I might have forgotten. The crew was prompt and cheerful and courteous. I suggest Sunday service at the Jiffy lube on canal for a fast pleasant oil change, fluid top off etc.
