Called patrick about my concern with my oil level since my last visit they said come in and they’ll top me off no problem . i came 1 hr later and antonio assisted me and heard my out and told me a little issue i have that could be the reason and not many will hear you out and take time to check and explain it to you ..antonio definetly loves his job i can see and i appreciate you guys servicing me today and they topped my oil off and added other needs no questions asked! highly suggest going to this jiffy lube in tukwila!
I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube. They took great care of my husband’s oil change and went above and beyond by giving us a detailed list of other things that needed attention on the car — even things they couldn’t fix at their shop. They explained everything clearly, included estimated costs, and made it easy to understand what should be prioritized. On top of that, the employee helping us had incredibly neat handwriting, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more professional and thoughtful. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. You really can’t beat service like that!
Patrick, Demirous, and another gentleman (red hair with a ponytail) got my car taken care of. They were extremely nice, and tried to help fix my tail light, but it turns out it was filled with water! They knocked out my cabin air filter to give it a little more life and even cleaned my windshield- which no one has ever done for me at an oil change. Amazing customer service here, just very genuinely kind guys. This was my first visit and the next time I need an oil change I’ll be coming back to this location. Thank you guys! Appreciate it!
