We went to the Jiffy Lube on Washington Street in Palm Desert on Saturday, and from start to finish, everything was seamless. At first, my sister was a little hesitant because we weren’t sure what to expect, but that quickly changed. You drive your car right in, and they give you the option to stay in your car or go inside—we chose to stay, which was actually a great experience. There were four technicians working on our car, and they truly did everything—oil change, checked the wipers, and went through the car “soup to nuts.” They were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating the entire time. A special thank you to George, Alex, and Estevan—they were outstanding. The level of teamwork and customer service really stood out. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such a positive, easy experience anywhere. If you’re hesitant about trying Jiffy Lube, don’t be—this location is fantastic. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be back
The employees treated me like royalty. Even went out of their way to explain what I needed for my car. Morgan was so kind. Joshua gave a follow up call, and Chris got me water for my dog. For a place that changes oil, who would’ve thought that the employees would care so much for a woman, who just stopped in? 5 star employees.
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I came in for an oil change and air and cabin filter replacement, and the service was quick and easy from start to finish. I didn’t catch the team member’s name, but he was helpful, informative, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth. I really appreciated the customer service and would come back again.
