Ivan took care of me today, he dealt with the fleet management company who approved then unapproved the work... only to approve it. He spent quite a bit of his time looking into what went wrong and showed great customer service. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was necessary.
Great experience at this location. The team really hustles, even in the rain, and keeps everything moving efficiently. They were upfront about the service my car needed and got everything done quickly. Honest, hardworking crew definitely a great spot to get your car taken care of.
Jarred and Justin were amazing!!! So helpful to ensure I understand each thing that needed their attention. They were great at explaining what was needed the price differential for different levels of product and also ensuring that I downloaded the coupon to get $10 off my oil change. They ensure that all of my lights were working, And replaced both flights for my back license plate. They were courteous, respectful, expedient and a pleasure to work with
