Came in with a business vehicle to see for myself and not listening to the bad comments, I was met by the lovely Connor and Emily. They were super fast even with Emily apparently being from a different store and she came to help the store, not being fully aware of the location of items at this location. Super professional and very knowledgeable and explained the only accurate way to tell if an air filter is considered dirty and i even googled it, and it was correct, instead of trying to upsell me without any explanation. Will be back, and bringing other company vehicles.
My Recent visit at Jiffy lube was beyond Fantastic!!^ I don’t think there is a word that would describe how superb the entire service was!! Conner and Tim really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!! Recommended services, and told me the risks that come with each one^ what was a priority and was I could wait on!! All in all money well spent!! I would go here and only here for my future services or even to just talk to the employees!! I want to reiterate once again Conner and Tim are your go to specialists with any car needs!! If they cant do it they will gladly assist you in the direction that can!! These are the people that Jiffy Lube should be Proud and Honored to have apart of there team!! WHOOP WHOOP GO JIFFY LUBE
I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube today. The entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They got my vehicle in quickly, explained the services clearly, and completed everything in a timely manner without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was in great shape before I left. It’s not often you find a service center that combines speed, professionalism, and genuine customer care so well. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.
