I first went to the Canoga Park location, but unfortunately the employees there were rude and unwilling to assist me. I then called this location, where Jorge answered the phone. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful from the start. After making the drive over, Jorge took great care of me by servicing and inspecting my vehicle. His excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend asking for Jorge if you visit this location. I’m very satisfied with the service I received!

Customer service here is really really good. It speaks great of the management. I've been coming here for 6 years and I've only seen it get better. Quick oil change, there's always a discount somewhere you can use, and it's an easy in and out process.
